Challenge #1

Tomorrow's challenge:

Have at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.

The Canada Food Guide actually suggests 7-8 servings a day, but let's work our way up to that. Here is the Canada Food Guide Servings Tracker, which is actually pretty neat.


  1. It's almost 10pm and I'm still only at 4 servings! But I will have 1 more before bed, even if I have to resort to a half cup of juice. How did you do?

  2. It's was nice to read up on the serving sizes in Canada Food Guide.. So if you have 2 cups salad and a fruit that's 3 servings already! Makes is sound reachable to get in 5 servings!
